The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the attraction of sponsors for domestic sports events in the state of sanctions. This study is descriptive-correlational, and in terms of purpose is applied and in terms of method of collecting data is in field. The population of this study was the professors of sports management, senior and middle managers of the general departments of sports and youth, managers of sports clubs of the governorates of Kurdistan and Kermanshah provinces and the managers of the companies that have supported sports events in recent years. Sampling was done in a purposeful and accessible way. The reliability of the instrument was confirmed using Cronbach alpha (0/84) method and construct validity. Data analysis was done using SPSS and PLS software at the level of P≤0.05. Based on the route analysis, it was found that the variables of environmental factors of events and sponsorship have a direct positive and significant effect on the factors of organizing the event, the factors of applicants for financial support and the effectiveness of financial support of events and explains 74, 45, and 23% of their variables, respectively. The proposed model can well show the capacity of different dimensions of attracting sponsors to participate in sporting events for promoting sports. The present model shows the basic constructs of the relationship between environmental factors, factors of financial support applicants, event organizers and the effectiveness of financial support and at its level, it is able to explain its predicted functions.

The purpose of this study was to explain the model of effective factors on the development of environmental culture in sport. This research was descriptive-survey research. The statistical population of all students was Razi University of Kermanshah. Based on the sample size of Krejci and Morgan samples, 384 students from Razi University responded to a questionnaire reviewed by Bojemehani and Razavi (1393) with a five-point scale Likert scale. The factual and content validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by a survey of faculty members and experts related to the subject of the research and its reliability was reported through Cronbach's alpha of 0.78. To analyze the data, the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis method was used to identify the factors influencing the development of environmental culture in sport using the spss and lisrel software. The results of the research confirmed the six factors including the transitional effects of education, research, management, structure, culture development and national strategies as factors influencing the development of environmental culture in sport. Also, the confirmatory factor analysis showed fit for the model

This paper aims to investigate standardization of professional ethics questionnaire of Sporting coaches. Population of the study consists of all national and international coaches of football, wrestling, track and field, martial arts, judo, hockey, volleyball, golf and sports of the disabled in lorestan province. Target based sampling was used that finally 200 individuals responded designed researcher-made questionnaire. the questionnaire according to survey of literature, semi-structured interview with 15 sport management scholars and according to exploratory method. Confirimatory factor analysis (CFA) also used for construct validity. Result based on exploratory factor analysis showed 38 questions in six factors of philosophy of coaching ( 5 items) , interest in job (8 items) useing the collective wisdom (6 items) the rule of law (7 items) respecting the values and social norms (7 items) and human relationships (4 items). Internal consistency of the questionnaire with Concluded that Cronbach's alpha was 763. this questionnaire has good scale to measure professional ethic of sporting coaches. It is Suggested that future research use this questionnaire in different sampel and fields.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of physical activity on quality of life in elder women in Kermanshah Province. Research method was descriptive that has been done as correlation. The population were all the active and inactive elder women that were 60 or more years old. 300 people were selected based upon random sampling Multi-stage cluster. The information collected by means of demographic questionnaires, Physical Activity Questionnaire (r=0/78) and Ware and Sherbourne (r=0/87) quality of life and health questionnaire. Abstract significant development of sport in recent decades and its emergence as a huge industry,Leads to complexity of Legal issues in sport. Regarding its unique characteristics, sport has some special rules that make it eminent and distinguished from the other laws and courts. Since the midst of 1970s, mediation has been established by using noncriminal ways to resolve disputes and influenced the criminal justice system. Mediation in sports courts is a kind of benefit in which both sides resolve their disputes through deliberation without attending in a formal court. The court of arbitration for sport has been established by using this approach to provide a fast and low cost method to resolve disputes in the field of sport. This article is addressing introduction and explanation of mediation and its benefits in the field of sports.
